Scouts, Explorers & Network Award Ceremony April 2018

This Award Reception is for Network, Explorer Scouts & Scouts is to be held at Hyde Town Hall, Corporation Street, Hyde

You may book a place at the Award Reception if you have recently gained either a

• Chief Scouts Award (Gold, Platinum or Diamond)
• Queens Scout Award
• Explorer Belt
• Young Leader Belt

If you have gained a Duke of Edinburgh Award in addition to your Scout Award this may also be recognised in the programme, if you so wish.

Each award holder may book one place at this reception together with places for two family guests. Your Scout Leaders will receive an invitation separately therefore you do not need to book places for them using this process.

As part of the booking process you will be asked to complete some questions about you and which award you are to be presented with. This will enable us formulate a brief personal introduction prior to you receiving your Award.

Bookings will close on Sunday 1st April 2018 and invitations with full joining instructions will be sent out by email approximately a week before the Reception.

Booking Process

Award Holders

Please use only the award recepient's name (we do not need parents or guardians names)

Make sure that the award holders name is spelt correctly and in the appropriate section (Award Recipients). Do not use the name of the parent or person booking the ticket (this is important for the programme).

Guests

Only 2 guests per Award Holder - we do not need their names only numbers of guests

Leaders

Leaders only are to book using the 'Leader' tickets on this site.
